rust remover solution 2

 Continuation or update from thread:

Potassium oxalate suggested in the video: chemical store price where I live turn out very expensive (PHP1,800 for 250grams); no go for me.

I found out that the oxalic acid used in laundry to whiten white shirts produce same result. And this chemical is very cheap. It'd remove rust easily. Serve also as decent degreaser. Found out also many people in youtube are using it.

This is a 428 size 42T rear sprocket with matching chain without all those rusts any longer upon closer inspection (immersed for 2-3 hours in oxalic acid):

The chain would even pass like it had been given black oxide finish.

I apologize because I don't have before/after pictures.

android video issue and solution 2

This should solve file copy issue: your large-sized files getting corrupted/damaged whenever copying them from android to Micro SD card; even, moving them "all" at once to your PC, fret free 😎

The first thing I tried was the opposite route. Installing an FTP server into my PC and then a shell or terminal for the android side. I was going to command-line my way for the files to move across the LAN. BOLD 😀

Actual link to the dl page of FTP server: https://www.rebex.net/tiny-sftp-server/

There was a small hitch because I'm not yet familiar with android pathnames. You needed this small detail since the syntax I'm sure, require this for the client to talk to the server. I'm going to explore more about this solution soon; for now, our android serve as server.
